2017-18 Skyward Family Access Online Registration Instructions 1st: Go to the Hudson School District website (hudsonraiders.org) and click on the Skyward Family Access link.
Use your Family Access Login and Password to sign in to your Family Access account. Click on “Forgot your Login/Password” if you don’t remember your Login and/or password.
Language translation can be selected on both the Hudsonraiders.org and Family Access sites.
2nd: Click on “Go to Online Registration for your Student” for the 2017-2018 school year. Click on Online Registration for Enrolled Students.
If you have multiple students in the District, click on the student’s name you wish to register. Every student must be registered.
Note: Only a parent in the family of the student’s residence can register a child however, Request for Transportation, Request for Change in Transportation, Volunteer/Background Authorization and Educational Oversight forms are available for all families by clicking on the Online Forms button. 3rd: When you click on “Go to Online Registration”, the screen below displays. Follow the directions carefully as you navigate through the steps. You must complete each of the 6 steps.
1. Read the directions displayed for the step. 2. Click the link which opens a new window where you will process that step as directed. 3. Check “Complete Step 1a and move to Step 1b. Continue through Step 1e. Check marks will appear as the steps are completed.
Click on View Full Screen and Complete General Information. General Information K-5, Middle School or High School depending on the grade level your student attends.
Click on “Complete Step 2 and move to Step 3”. The document will not save if all required fields have not been completed.
Click on View Full Screen and complete the required Health Information form.
Complete Step 3 and move to Step 4.
Click on View Full Screen and complete the required Transportation Request form.
Complete Step 4 and move to Step 5.
Complete Step 5 and move to Step 6.
Step 5 the Volunteer Background Authorization form is OPTIONAL and will be processed when you sign up to volunteer. If you do not wish to volunteer click on the “I do not wish to fill out this optional form” box at the top of the form. Step 6 is submitting the online registration. Click on Submit Online Registration for Enrolled Students.
At any time during the registration process, you can “Close and Finish Later”.
Any time during the registration window, the registration can be reviewed and changes can be made by clicking on Online Registration and the student’s name.
Lifetouch Use the following link to order your child's Lifetouch picture package. You will need to fill in the school code which can be found on your student's school website. You will be able to pay online when you order. Please bring your receipt of payment to your school's Lifetouch picture day. https://my.lifetouch.com/mylifetouch/#/ Free or Reduced Lunch Free or Reduced lunch pricing and application forms will be available on the District website after July 1. FeePay All registration fees can be paid online through FeePay beginning mid-July or can be sent to the school.
