SITUATION. Harrisonburg High School JROTC will conduct the end of the semester awards ceremony as outlined in CCR 145-2. 2. MISSION. To conduct a quality awards ceremony to recognize the deserving Cadets for their accomplishments, hard work, and dedication for first semester school year 14-15 NLT 091900RJAN15. 3. EXECUTION. a. Phase I (Preparation). Cadets will conduct rehearsal during the scheduled blocks of instruction 9 January 2015. Color Guard practice and rehearsal will be conducted NLT091445RJAN15. b. Phase II (Prior to Awards Ceremony). Cadets will report to HHS auditorium NLT 091800RJAN15 prepared for the awards ceremony for roll call. Cadets are required to be seated NLT 091845RJAN15. c. Phase III (Awards Ceremony). Battalion Executive Officer will begin ceremony NLT 091900RJAN15 as outlined in the Award Ceremony narrative. d. Phase IV (Clean-Up). Cadet Executive Officer and Command Sergeant Major must ensure all equipment is properly stored and areas cleaned prior to release of staff. e. Coordinating Instructions. (1) Timeline 1800 Cadets report to auditorium commons 1815 c/CSM conducts roll call 1850 Cadets move into the auditorium 1900 Start slide show 1915 Entrance of Official Party and presentation of the Colors 1915 National Anthem 1915-2015 Awards Ceremony 2015 End of ceremony

Attendance counts for three grades: curriculum grade; uniform grade; and participation grade. b. Uniform. Army Service Uniform or Class A. 5. COMMAND AND SIGNAL. a. Command succession in effect cadets must be released by the Executive Commander. b. CP located in the Harrisonburg High School Auditorium.
