AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 153 “AN ORDINANCE TO SUPERCEDE AND AMEND ANY PREVIOUS ORDINANCES PERTAINING TO ESTABLISH CHARGES AND CONDITIONS FOR WATER RATES, SEWER AND TRASH FEES”
BE IT ORDAINED by the Town Council of the Town of Exmore: To amend and re-enact Ordinance No. 153, which passed June 20, 2011, entitled “An Ordinance to Supercede and Amend Any Previous Ordinances Pertaining to Establish Charges and Conditions for Water Rates, Sewer and Trash Fees” to become effective July 1, 2011 with the following changes: Section 1, is changed to read..... “Water fee: $15.00 minimum up to the First Thousand Gallons and $.15 per Hundred Gallons from One Thousand and One Gallons up to Ten Thousand Gallons and $.25 per One Hundred Gallons from Ten Thousand and One Gallons thereafter.” “Sewer fee: $38.00 per month per ERC monthly” Section 2, is changed to read…. “Water fee: $18.00 minimum up to the First Thousand Gallons and $.15 per Hundred Gallons from One Thousand and One Gallons up to Ten Thousand Gallons and $.25 per One Hundred Gallons from Ten Thousand and One Gallons thereafter.” In all other respects, Ordinance No. 153 remains in full force and effect.
