To develop student knowledge and skills, and to assess student competency, conduct the PADI Asia Pacific Administer Emergency Oxygen Distinctive Specialty Course. To document student competency in all required knowledge and skills, and to register the student for an AO2 statement of attainment, you must use the RTO AO2 Assessment Record Sheet (page 3 of this Guide). IMPORTANT NOTE TO INSTRUCTORS: In order for your student’s statement of attainment to also list the unit of competency for HLTCPR201A Perform CPR (expiry in 1 year), you must have completed all requirements for that unit with the student (incl. CPR Exam, 2010 CPR Guidelines, etc.) and attach their RTO CPR Assessment Record Sheet. On the RTO AO2 Assessment Record Sheet, tick YES for the student statement of attainment to list both units of competency.
