Pajama party. It's a pajama party. Build a fort out of sofa cushions. And we won't let anyone in. We'll hang up a sign that says. ”If you can read this, don't come in”.
1. Pajama Party We’re gonna have a pajama party We’re gonna stay up late tonight We’re gonna have a pajama party And we’re sure gonna do it right Pajama party It’s a pajama party Pajama party It’s a pajama party Build a fort out of sofa cushions And we won’t let anyone in We’ll hang up a sign that says ”If you can read this, don’t come in” We might watch a scary movie about when monsters attack We might make us some popcorn to eat while the monsters attack The next day we might be tired It might be a very long day But you have to expect to be tired After a big pajama party 2. Dream Song When the moon is up And the sun goes down It’s time to go to bed And dream, dream, dream, dream You’re a baseball player The crowd’s shouting for you They want you to hit it over the fence And that’s what you’re gonna do You’re an astronaut in space The sun and moon in your face Many planets explored You’re curious for more You’re a firefighter on the scene Of a fire that’s tricky and mean Throwing on the water spray Crowd shouts, “You saved the day!”

Are We There Yet? You’re a softball player The crowd’s shouting for you They want you to hit it over the fence And that’s what you’re gonna do When the moon is up And the sun goes down It’s time to go to bed And dream, dream, dream, dream 3. Find your ducky in the sink by the tub He’s your favorite company for a scrub Splishy-splashy with a yellow rubber duck Gonna help you wash away the mucky-muck 4. Are We There Yet? Michael and Hannah opened a banana Split it for lunch and threw down the peel A kid in a bonnet slipped and fell on it And cried, “Oh man! Now how does that feel?” Alex and Myrtle came upon a turtle Strolling to a lake at a leisurely pace Alex bent down, turned the turtle ‘round And left him lost, looking for his favorite place Jacob and Miranda saw a baby panda Sitting by himself all alone at the zoo They sang him a song and the panda sang along And lonely no more called out, “Thank you!”

(And you know what, kids? That was pretty nice. So this time we’re gonna say, “That might be nice!”) That might be nice, That might be nice Yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes! 5. Chromosomes tell your body how to grow Black, white, green, or blue They make the you that’s only you Chromosome, chromosome You are one of a kind, special and unique Chromosome, chromosome You are one of a kind, you are distinct There will only be one of you Unless of course you’re a twin And then there’s two There can only be two of me Unless of course I’m a triplet And then there’s three Chromosome, chromosome You are one of a kind, special and unique Chromosome, chromosome You are one of a kind, you are distinct

(Unless they figure out cloning!) 11. The Circus

Late in September, a warm sunny day the circus came to town Two dozen tumblers, three elephants and one daredevil clown Oh what a life in the circus Flying high on the trapeze I can feed lions and horses Everyone watching me Bearded magicians, musicians on stilts sang for all their worth Eating my nachos, I had no doubt no greater show on earth

12. PB Jam I know you like me to try new things But brussel sprouts and squash are not my thing And every night, something new appears on my plate My magic napkin helps the food escape And I reserve this time to let you know That given a choice With two slices of bread I’ll always choose My PB and jam I know you’re looking at three meals a day But don’t assume that I need variety. Those crazy greens can stay upon my plate I’ll try them again so long as I can say Don’t hand me no bologna I had it up to here with ham Don’t bother with the turkey Save the cheese for Sam and Ben 13. Hot Dogs Hot dogs, I like hot dogs I would eat them all the time if I could I like hot dogs Ice cream, Frank likes ice cream He would eat it all the time if he could Frank likes ice cream Corn, Ed likes his corn Yes, he would eat it all the time if he could Ed likes his corn Roast beef, Chris likes roast beef Yes, he would eat it all the time if he could He likes roast beef 14. Are We There Yet? Sometimes I say, “Congratulations!” Sometimes I say, “Better luck next time. Good game, my friend!” I don’t like to lose, how about you? I don’t like to lose, how about you? But I still lose half the time, so what can I do? Sometimes I say “Congratulations!” Sometimes I say, “Better luck next time. Good game, my friend! And so until then…” 15. Follow Me Come on, my son, the school week is done Pack a travel bag and follow me My little girl, it’s a great big world Bring along our dog and follow me We might not go where we once have been We might meet new folks on the way We might get tired only half way through But that’s OK Let’s pack the car, we won’t go very far Open up the door and follow me No clouds in the sky, a trail for you and I Grab the hiking map and follow me It’s a bright Saturday, let’s go out and play Button up your coat and follow me Full day of sun, let’s go and have some fun Put your hand in mine and follow me Yes, put your hand in mine and follow me 16.
