Growth through sustainability: paths to corporate responsibility for companies and institutions

Strategies for sustainability and communication plans

SUSTAINABILITY: OUR TARGET…

In 2015 our agency will be 30 years old. We started our activity when communication was not considered a profession yet. We got in contact with companies, got involved with their projects, and often, also with their dreams. With passion and curiosity we learned to deal with institutions and communicate with lots of different enterprises. Often, our role was to create links between actors who did not want to get in contact or even felt hostility towards each other. This task has not been easy: we have been sometimes successful and when we have not, we have learnt a valuable lesson for our growth. Every day, we go on studying and trying to understand the expectations of stakeholders and their interests to find common points and solutions in every situation. This has been important, especially in the last few years, when the crisis has defined new priorities and aims for everybody.

In this framework, we have understood that sustainability is going to turn into a paradigm of compulsory change for all companies: companies core and focus are shifting towards society as a whole and the market is going to be composed not only of customers but also of stakeholders, able to influence business strategies, as well as customers are able to influence bids. There will be no longer companies that take from the society (human and natural resources and funds), but organizations that will give solutions to the society. We think that this different way to approach sustainability, focused on social issues, will ensure a real competitive advantage in the economic scenarios of the coming years. On this path - momentous and complex - we too are growing through our daily commitment and our network, constantly nourished and renewed with skills and contributions from experts of the world of consulting, administration, businesses, universities.

…AND A NEW BEGINNING

Today, Chiappe Revello gives support to companies and organizations to identify personalized roadmaps for the integration of sustainability in business plans, create and manage stakeholder relations and communication.

Our approach: • Dialogue and debate on governance themes: analysis of the institutional scenario and market, mapping of stakeholders and players, on-going monitoring of reputation and positioning, analysis of risks and opportunities, analysis of the company’s impact on stakeholders and on the local and national socio-economic system • Collection and analysis of economic, environmental and social data by conducting research studies or using web-based management tools involving our partners • Stakeholder involvement by organizing events and implementing integrated dialogue and tailor-made monitoring instruments for the company or organization • Networking: setting up relational systems for the creation and consolidation of partnerships to promote joint projects between the public and the private sector and investors • Coaching and support in the internationalization process of SMEs, including involvement in projects connected to the European cohesion policy 2014-2020
