Applications are invited in the prescribed format from eligible candidates for filling up of the post of JUNIOR CLERCKS for the District and Sub-ordinate Offices of Jagatsinghpur District under Revenue Administration on regular basis in the pay band PB-I - RS.5,20020,2001- along with Grade Pay RS.19001- per month. The application should reach to the undersigned on or before 08.08.2013 by Speed Post 1 Registered Post only. The successful candidates should produce their required documents in original at the time of the appointment. Incomplete 1 defective or applications received after due date shall not be \ taken into consideration and liable for rejection. The date and place of examination will be intimated to the eligible candidates whose applications are found to be in order or complete in all respects through internet and postal correspondences. Inclusion in the merit list confers no right to appointment. Instrucitons. 3. Eligibilty Criteria Eligibility of the candidats to apply for the post: a) Be a citizen of India b) He or she must be a permanent resident of Jagatsinghpur District. The resident certificate issued by competent authority valid withiA,6 months. c) Have registered his/her name in any Employment Exchange of Jagatsinghpur District on or before the date of submission of application. d) Have passed the matriculation or equivalent examination. e) Not be less than 18 (eighteen) years and not more than 32 (thirthy two) years of age as on 01.01.2013. The upper age limit shall be relaxed by 5 years in cases of SC/ST/SEBC and Women and Ex-Serviceman and 10 years in respect of Physical Handicapped candidates.
