CLASS DESCRIPTIONS AA (Absolutely Abs): A challenging 30 minute AB and lower back workout that will leave you wanting more!!!
ABT (Abs, Buns, and Thighs): Targets the abs, buns, & thighs to strengthen and improve CORE stability. When we talk about CORE we mean everything from below the chest to above the knees. So come blast those abs, butt, thighs, and lower back.
AQUA CORE STRENGTH: A new water class that specifically focuses on strengthening, your core, the powerhouse of your body.
AQUA FIT: A great water workout. Experience amazing cardiovascular conditioning and muscular strengthening. No swimming skills necessary.
BEGINNER STEP AEROBICS: New to step aerobics? Don’t quite know the names of the steps? This class is a great cardio workout for ALL fitness levels and dance abilities. Take a quick lunch break and come to learn the basics of step!
BODIES IN MOTION: An awesome workout that switches in 1‐ minute intervals from a cardio exercise to a strength exercise. The strength exercises of each class will target upper body one week, core the next week, and lower body the third week. Then, it repeats the 3‐week cycle throughout the semester. Go at your own pace during the class sessions!
BODY BLAST: A total body workout utilizing a new piece of exercise equipment each week—stability ball, exercise band, BOSU, etc.

BOSU / TBC (Total Body Conditioning): This class begins with intermediate to advanced levels of step routines on the BOSU and strength training intervals. It ends with at least 5 minutes of work for the core. This class uses the BOSU for almost every exercise. Come be a part of the fun!
CARDIO COMBO: This class combines fat‐burning cardio with total body strength training using toys such as kettle‐bells, medicine balls and anything else we can get our hands on. You will get a workout that burns fat and increases lean body mass without getting bored!!!
CARDIO DANCE FIT: From the "Bus‐Stop", Line‐dancing to African cardio‐‐you are sure to find the right moves that can crossover at the clubs, weddings, and/or almost any social dance scene.
CARDIO KICK: Join a very energetic class that will include punches, kicks as well as jumping ropes and strength training. Release the champion within you and witness the strength inside of you!
EXPRESS SCULPT: This class is a 25 minute powerful class that will work the entire body by shaping, toning, and tightening major muscle groups through the use of weights, bands, balls, and your own body resistance.
FITNESS YOGA: This class focuses on creating balance in the body through developing both strength and flexibility. It is the perfect time to melt away stress while lengthening and toning your muscles for a complete mind‐body workout that will leave you feeling leaner, stronger, and refreshed. NOTE: FOR HEALTH REASONS PATRONS MUST BRING THEIR OWN MATS TO CLASSES.
HardCORE: 30 minutes of steady, intense ab moves to tone and strength your entire core, including the obliques and the back.
HIP HOP DANCE: The newest Hip Hop Dance moves with the best mix of music. Enjoy a fun cardio dance class while learning a 15 minute recital practiced each week to perfection.
PiYo (Pilates and Yoga): Love the benefits of Pilates AND Yoga, but are crunched for time? Try PiYo! PiYo is a unique format which combines Pilates, Yoga, strength conditioning, flexibility, and dynamic balance. This class is an up tempo, non‐spiritual approach to mind/body exercise. Whether you are a beginner or an advanced exerciser, PiYo is ideal for you as this class offers modifications as well as more advanced options. NOTE: FOR HEALTH REASONS PATRONS MUST BRING THEIR OWN MATS TO CLASSES.
POWER CIRCUIT: Power Circuit is a fun and fast moving class that incorporates full body strength and cardio exercises into a 15 station circuit using body weight, resistance bands, medicine balls, kettle bells and much more. Bring your water bottle and towel and come prepared to sweat. If you want to burn calories, this is the place to do it. This class is VERY popular! Participation is on a first‐come, first‐served basis.
POWER HOUR: An interval class that combines strength training and cardio to create a challenging workout for your entire body.
POWER PUMP: This class offers weight training with the use of Iron Grip Group Strength® weight plates and chrome straight bar. Instructor will guide you through a variety of group weight lifting exercises. This is a great way to improve your strength and muscle endurance. No choreography, no worry, and a lot of sweating and pumping iron. Limited space, first come first served.

TOTAL BODY WORKOUT: This class combines fat‐burning cardio with total body strength training using many various modalities. You will get everything from kickboxing to step to weight lifting. Be prepared for a workout that burns fat and increases lean body mass!!!
TURBO KICK: This is a challenging total body cardio class via kickboxing. It includes functional lower body and abdominal training as well as a Tai‐Chi cool down. It is choreographed to high energy music and the content changes every 6‐8 weeks so you never get bored. Come check out this exciting new class!!
ZUMBA: A fusion of Latin and International music ‐ dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting, effective fitness system! The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body.
