Fulfilment Time It takes up to 2 working days to fulfil an order. This is from the time your order is received at Photo Create, manufactured, packaged and ready for dispatch.
Transit Times Australia Post Parcel Post is the service used for 95% of all orders going back to stores. The following table shows delivery times quoted by Australia Post to all states, city and regional areas within Australia.
Please note; if your order is very large, or over 20 kilos, it will be delivered to your store by Star Track Express. The same delivery times apply as above. In Summary: To work out delivery time back to your store, you need to allow; 2 working days for fulfilment + next dispatch day to your store + transit time to your store.
PHOTO CREATE DASHBOARD Now retail stores can track every customer order sent to Photo Create using a new online tracking tool! Developed by Photo Create, PC Dashboard allows retail stores to track every kiosk and online order sent to Photo Create for fulfilment. By logging onto the PC Dashboard web site, using a special user name and password, you can track your customers orders – from download to shipped!
3) Shipped – Shipped indicates the order has been shipped from Photo Create to your store or customer. Orders are sent via Australia post. 4) Received at Store – Received at Store indicates your order has been received at your store and updated as received by a team member.
Dashboard also allows calls to be logged online for customer care, meaning a phone call is now not required. Order status information is sent from Photo Create to the online Dashboard every hour. There are four status updates; 1) Received at Photo Create – Received at Photo Create indicates the order has successfully arrived at Photo Create from your store or from the online ordering system. 2) Printed – Printed indicates the order has physically been printed and scanned. With most products there are still a number of steps to proceed with before the order is ready for shipping.
