POSB Everyday Card Promotion on London Tube and Overseas Spend ... but excludes interest, finance charges, cash withdraw
POSB Everyday Card Promotion on London Tube and Overseas Spend (“Promotion”) Terms and Conditions Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. 1. The promotion period is from 1 December 2015 to 29 February 2016 (“Promotion Period”). 2. During the Promotion Period, POSB Everyday Card (“Card”) principal cardmembers (“Cardmembers”) will enjoy: (a) 4% rebate on Overseas Spend (see excluded spend in clause 6); and (b) Free train rides (or 100% rebate) on contactless transactions at the London Tube. 3. The 4% rebate on Overseas Spend is subject to a minimum spend of S$1000 on total retail transactions (“Qualifying Spend”), local and overseas, charged to the Card per calendar month during the Promotion Period. 4. For each Card account which qualifies for the Promotion, the existing applicable 0.3% rebate will be credited upfront and the: (a) additional 3 .7% rebate for Overseas Spend ; and (b) additional 99.7% rebate for free train rides on the London Tube, will be credited by 31 March 2016. 5. The Qualifying Spend is calculated based on posted local and foreign retail sales, posted recurring bill payment but excludes interest, finance charges, cash withdrawal, balance transfer, posted my preferred payment plans, posted 0% interest-free instalment plans, smart cash and all fees charged by DBS. Supplementary card spend will be included in the calculation of Qualifying Spend. 6. The Overseas Spend is not applicable for transactions made overseas in Singapore dollars and for card-notpresent transactions such as online transactions and mail/phone order in foreign currencies. Overseas Spend does not include trains rides on the London Tube.
7. Each Cardmember is only eligible to receive maximum of S$20 rebate for Overseas Spend and S$50 rebate for the London Tube per calendar month during the Promotion Period. 8. DBS’ decision on all matters relating to the Promotion shall be final. No correspondence or claims will be entertained. 9. DBS may vary these Terms and Conditions or suspend or terminate the Promotion without any notice or liability to any party. 10. Cardmembers consent under the Personal Data Protection Act (Cap 26 of 2012) to the collection, use and disclosure of Cardmembers’ personal data by/to the DBS and such other third party for the purpose of the Promotion, and confirm that they have read and agree to be bound by the terms of the DBS Privacy Policy, a copy of which can be found on www.dbs.com/privacy.
