To assist in the generation of company revenue through the provision of quality sales and administrative support to the customers, sales team and management and phone based account management.

Section C – Key Tasks and Specific Accountabilities 1

Account Sales Support The Account Coordinator is responsible for providing outstanding customer service which can be translated into increased sales revenue. Expected Results

(a)

Build proactive and professional customer relationships

(b)

Provide accurate and timely quotes to clients

(c)

Assist customers with any pricing or product information

(d)

Develop and send proposals as required

(e)

Answer customer enquiries and provide proactive solutions

(f)

Identify sales opportunities such as upselling

(g)

Contribute towards growing account revenues

Internal Sales Support The Account Coordinator is responsible for providing outstanding sales support to Territory Managers and other sales staff. Expected Results

(a)

Enter and process orders for each territory

(b)

Proof and format sales collateral and other materials

(c)

Support the wider sales team with all administrative and customer related issues as required

(d)

Handle inbound sales and administrative calls from sales staff

(e)

Prepare documents including sales proposals as required

(f)

Keep sales staff informed of sales developments

(g)

Manage sales staff diaries and appointments as required

(h)

Support sales staff by making outbound calls to customers to assist in the securing of sales orders

Account Management Manage lower value customer accounts via telephone in a professional manner with a view to developing long term sustainable business opportunities. Expected Results (a)

Maintain close customer relationships with existing smaller customers, managing all day to day issues by phone with a focus on growing the size and value of the customer account

Follow up and manage any delivery issues by phone

Monitor stock turnover, forecasting and availability in conjunction with the Sales Manager

General Administration The Account Coordinator is responsible for the general administration of sales systems and procedures. Expected Results

Develop, document, file and review relevant administration systems

(b)

Follow and use established CRM and other company systems and procedures to foster a professional environment and maximise efficiency

(c)

Attend to general administration duties as required including mail and freight

(d)

Book travel and accommodation as required

Other Duties The Account Coordinator is expected to undertake the following duties as required. Expected Results (a)

Ensure duties are carried out in a timely and accurate manner and in accordance with company policies and procedures

Handle all confidential documents and maintain discretion and confidentiality
