RESPONSIBILITY Responsibility means doing what is required, needed and expected of us. Often, we talk about responsibility in terms of our jobs and commitments we make to others. But what about the commitments we make to ourselves? Les Brown once said; “Accept responsibility for your life. Know that it is you who will get you to where you want to go.
