INTRODUCTION  In poultry production, animal products such as meat and egg are of great economic importance in the world  Considering egg product; quality of egg, which is not only known as the basic product in poultry activities by breeders but also provided cheaply by consumers is dependent on some characteristics.  These characteristics are known as internal (albumen weight and yolk weight) and external (shell weight) quality characteristics.
