SPORTEL & SVG Expert Panel I « Federation & Agency Perspectives on Rights in the Digital Age » Low-cost production, High-cost look with maximum impact. The sports distribution landscape continues to be impacted by a marketplace that is seeing non-traditional platforms like mobile devices and tablets become more popular to sports fans. But because advertising and subscription revenues on those platforms are fairly small compared to those associated with traditional broadcasts, there is more pressure than ever to lower the production cost without negatively impacting the quality of the product. Federations and Agencies discuss how they can get the most out of production tools, the future of low-cost productions, and whether low-cost tools will always be the solution even as future revenues climb.

With so many opinions on the subject, this year’s SPORTEL Round Table is dedicated to finding out how social media can work for you. If generating a tangible return from your organisation’s social media platform is important to you and your organisation, come and join the discussion.
