On Sunday, April 23, 2017, at approximately 8:47 a.m., San Bruno Police Officers responded to the 500 block of Mastic Avenue regarding a subject yelling from a rooftop. The subject yelled to officers that individuals were chasing him. Officers quickly engaged the fifty-two year old male South San Francisco resident in conversation from the ground while additional officers made their way to the rooftop of the three story apartment building to contact the subject. The subject continually made statements that people were chasing him and that he intended to jump off the rooftop to get away from them.
