However, you must remember that in the 1950's & 1960's, the 16MM films and tape recordings on reel-to-reel tapes were very inferior to products on the market today. Back then, they didn't even have high fidelity, much less stereo. At times the DVD may seem to be out of focus, jump, have static, or lack sound. This is not due to the copying process, but it is contained in the original 16MM film from which the DVD was taken. On the audio tapes and CDs, you may detect an occasional surface noise or volume variation due to transmission problems so common to old radio. We hope, however, that any variance in audio or picture quality will not take away from your pleasure in listening to these anointed messages.

Biography of John W. Carver, Jr. John W. Carver, Jr. has been ministering the Gospel since 1969. He is Founder of Faith Outreach Chapel and curator of Faith Outreach Archives. John’s heart has always been in evangelism, and he has preached the “Good News” in many churches across America. Faith Outreach Archives is a collection of over 100 Healing Ministries that has taken over 36 years and a great amount of personal sacrifice to gather. While in the process of gathering this information, John had the privilege of meeting many deliverance ministers and/or their families, especially those ministers who were involved in The Voice of Healing ministry. Some of the great men and women of God that he has met and/or interviewed include: A. A. Allen, Lexie Allen, David Nunn, Gayle Jackson, Clifton Erickson, Velmer Gardner, C. M. Ward, Mrs. Freda Lindsay, R. W. Schambach, Oral Roberts, and T. L. Osborn. John has also had the privilege of meeting some family members of these men of God: William Branham, Jack Coe, Myer Pearlman, and Dr. Charles S. Price. Studying the lives and ministries of these men and women of God has helped John understand the mechanics of ministry, and God is using him mightily through preaching, teaching, and the prophetic gifts to bring miracles of healing and deliverance to hurting people. God also uses John uniquely in training ministers to find their “place” in the Body of Christ, operate in the gifts of the Spirit, and move “with the anointing.”
What is an Archives? Did you know that God mentions an archives in the Bible? Ezra 6:1 says, "Then Darius the king made a decree, and search was made in the house of the rolls, where the treasures were laid up in Babylon." In this scripture the word "rolls" means "archives." It literally means, in the house of books or in the royal library or record chamber. In the palace, two small chambers were discovered where public records or where valuable historical documents were kept. It was a place where the "treasures were laid up." These treasures were important documents that were located in a secure place where they would not be destroyed. Many times it was like an underground apartment, as indicated by the words "laid up," which mean, "made to descend." A document is something that is written, printed, etc., that gives information or proof of some fact, or any object used as evidence. In Bible days, documents that were considered important consisted mostly of letters and maps. These "rolls" contained the records of past ages. Man's memory could not retain all these events, so the actual documents were placed where they could be preserved to go down in history. History is so important, in the secular realm, that scholars write history books, and educators make students study about history in school. But what about our "Christian heritage?" How important is that to us today? It would be a pity for the nation and the Church to let die the events that made them what they are. History gives permanence to an event. It has a way of giving purpose to life. History causes dead men to live! The mighty minds which have gone before us have left treasures for our inheritance; and the choicest gold is to be had for the digging. God has given John Carver the privilege, over the past thirty plus years to dig for some of the hidden treasures of our Christian heritage. He's allowed him to acquire a collection, now known as the Faith Outreach Archives, which has been appraised by Dr. David Bundy, as "one of the best in the world." Page 11
