You will join Low Voltage Products Division that provides low-voltage circuit breakers, switches, control products, wiring accessories, enclosures and cable systems to protect people, installations and electronic equipment from electrical overload. In this role you will join the Product Management Team for Main Distribution Enclosures (LPED). As Product Marketing Manager you will be responsible for the global sales and marketing strategy and for linking market requirements to feeder factories by enhancing product and price positioning. Furthermore, you will maximize the potential for LPED within the market scope by leveraging strengths and capturing new opportunities. Tasks Your main tasks will be: implement country/customer specific strategies with Regional/Area Sales Managers; develop dedicated country plans for existing ranges and launch plans for new products; phase out old products, marketing tools, training concepts, global pricing strategies and structure them in collaboration with the product management and sales team; define and measure present business / future opportunities at global markets by country and global key players of our product portfolio; coordinate and define the particular market requirements for the business unit LPED with key players, Local Sales Units and Production Units; coordinate and support development of dedicated marketing materials that will promote ABB products for LPED and ABB; follow and identify future market trends and report to market intelligence. Requirements You need to have a Master degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering and 3-5 years of experience in product marketing area; well-founded commercial know-how, ideally with professional training is key; strategic thinking, competence in analyzing and managing complex business situations, strong communication, team building and networking, great self-confidence and self-determination, intercultural sensitivity are essential skills. Since you will deal with international contacts it is crucial that you write and speak Italian and English fluently. You need to have willingness to travel internationally (30–40%).
