Data Management Test data Management System: TEST MANAGER 2 Boost the efficiency of your test facilities and provide it with a collaborative tool which directs your work and data flows. Test Manager provides central handling, sharing and protection of the test data of all your co-workers, from the test procedures to the result files, including e.g. your engine data. It is based on robust, powerful and proven data bases.

Test Field Monitoring System: TFMS Check the state of your test cells at real time from your office, as if you were there… The TFMS gives you a quick overview of the current functioning and status of your test cells – all you need to do is open a web page.

Distrib Center (*) Don’t wait any longer to standardize all the software in your test facility… Move up a gear with Distrib Center and roll out the validated software versions from a central Web interface. Installation, uninstallation, updates, inventory… managed from your office!

Yield Metrics (*) Measuring the performance of your test facility becomes as easy as a children’s game with Yield Metrics. From your company intranet you can access all management data of your test cells and customize your indicators for reporting…

Application & Simulation Vehicle Simulation Anticipate your powertrain optimization by performing “chassis dyno like” tests directly on your engine test bed! This application reproduces the vehicle dynamics as well as the driver’s behavior at realtime for all types of road cycles.

Homologation Test Cycles in MORPHEE 2 Accelerate the homologation of your heavy duty diesel engines with our fully automatized suite of regulatory on-road and off-road emission test cycles according to European, US and worldwide emission standards.

Simulation of Hybrid Vehicles (*) Check the performance of different hybrid vehicle architectures and optimize the control strategy of the energy management system on an engine test cell. This MORPHEE application solution is built around real-time simulation of a vehicle, its driver and its electrical components.

CAN Bus Simulation Anticipate the on-board conditions right from the start during engine calibration. Our automatic CAN block – SIMULINK generator for MORPHEE 2 helps you to make the elements of a vehicle CAN bus available on the test cell. (*) Not yet available

Dynos & Controllers Measurement devices Combustion Analysis System: OSIRIS With OSIRIS you will never look at combustion in the same way… This turnkey system is quick to set up and easy to use. It corresponds perfectly to the need of the engine engineer during all phases of powertrain and vehicle development.

Electronic angular encoder: FFR-M Synchronize your measurements to the rhythm of the engine angles. The algorithms of the FFR-M are a robust and sophisticated way to get an electronic coding signal without mounting an encoder. It adjusts to a large variety of engine speed signals in the world, and provides all the precision an engine engineer requires.

Multi-channel charge amplifier: ACPM An easy-to-use and self-explanatory tool to fit different testing needs: It can be used either as independent peak pressure monitoring device for endurance testing or as a charge amplifier for cylinder pressure analysis.
