RANDOM ACCESS DEVICE
cod. 010411 RAD 120 is an innovative diagnostic system with continuous and full random access mode for the total automation of fluoroimmunoassays. Reading is performed in fluorescence at 450 nm. Rad 120 is able to automatically aliquote, assay, predilute and dilute cascade tests (Reflex tests). Urgent tests may be effected within the routine performance without using dedicated positions. The solid phase is constituted by ferrite magnetic particles coated with zirconium. These particles, thanks to their chemical and physical characteristics, have a high binding capacity towards biologically active molecules. This grants a rapid and effective separation of free/bound fractions and application to different test methods (direct, indirect, capture). An interactive and multitasking software helps the user in all working phases.

Brioria
cod. 010059
Available upon request BrioRia is an automated open system for RIA tests. The handling software is able to perform each working phase, from patient data reception up to final report. The system allows to handle up to 5 different tests simultaneously. The reagent rack can load vials of various size (5-100 ml). The samples rack can load 96 tubes (12 x 75 mm or 12 x 100 mm) or 54 tubes (16 x 100 mm). The reaction tray consists of thermostated plate from R.T. to 40°C, with orbital shaking option; it can load up to 5 removable racks for 72 tubes for a total of 360 tests. The dispensing system is provided with a double-needle capable of dispensing/aspirating in the same tube simultaneously or into two adjacent tubes. Tube washing is performed by a 6 double-needles manifold, able to wash and aspirate coated tubes, beads and startubes, using different washing solutions. BrioRia may be interfaced with any gamma counter.

Alisei
cod. 01050261
ALISEI is a fully automated system for immunoenzymatic assays. Six microplate supports, each independent for incubation and shaking at different temperatures, constitute an ideal configuration for test-runs (up to 16 tests on line and 380 samples), which offers fast and excellent performances. Alisei is able to handle different test-methods during the same test run, such as ALLERGY and AVIDITY, together with other ELISA tests. The advanced and easy-to-use software, the highly sophisticated eletronic as well as mechanic technology and the copmact design make Alisei a complete instrumental. Main features: • T.M.S. (Time Management System) to optimize the time scores of each single test • Quality Control Program • Automated error recovery • Host connection with ASTM protocol • Curve storage, whereby a new curve can be calculated by using only two calibrators • On-line User Manual • Historical Patient Record, with statistical evaluation of results TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS

Sirio S
cod. 01050222/V1
Sirio S, microplate reader with up to 8 reading positions, is extremely flexible and fast photometer. It employss 3 seconds for each monocromatic reading at any wavelength for 96 flat bottomed and “U” shaped well microplates. It performs readings in absorbance, end point and kinetic with turbidimetric and agglutination applications. On the LCD is possible to visualize all the analytical parameters, cut-off, standard curves and final results that will be printed out by the incorporated graphic printer. The keyboard helps in the selection of all the functions. The management software files up to 48 analytical parameters and a maximum of 8 standards for the quantitative methods. For the qualitative tests the following controls are provided: negative, cut-off, low positive, positive and high positive. Further software features provided are: - elaboration of reading data in concentration, depending on the interpolarity formula: linear, cubic, and logit-log; - programming of standard curves; - curve and cut-off storage, as reference values; - initialization and self test.
