Introduction to MG-RAST portal and software



Taxonomic and functional analysis using MG-RAST (Hands-on)



The goal is to execute a full analysis using MG-RAST and shotgun NGS data, including preprocessing, gene calling, clustering, protein identification, annotation mapping and abundance profiles.

LOGISTIC INFORMATION Venue: The Training School will be held in the Campus of the Yutera in PALENCIA, in particular, in the green Building at the College of Agricultural Engineering (ETSIIAA).

Lodging: There is a wide variety of hotels in Palencia, although the most of them are located in the town centre. Feel free to book your accommodation according to your budget and preferences.
