Policies REGISTRATION: Register in person at the Isle of Palms Recreation Department, #24 28th Avenue, Monday - Friday 7:00am-5:00pm and Saturday 9:00am-5:00pm. The Recreation Department accepts cash, checks and credit cards. Credit Card charges; a merchant fee of 1.7% plus a portal fee of $1.00 will be charged per transaction. No part of either fee is retained by the city.
