Abstract Organization managers to achieve its goals is to establish and systems to ensure the enabling environment for increased productivity. The most important of these systems, employee performance evaluation system to assess their behavior and development of its capabilities to achieve organizational goals. The information technology-based organizations led software projects virgin due to high sensitivity and very high output quality every step of the performance of the team, it will look more and more. In the study of performance appraisal systems used in organizations and institutions, generally achieved a result that the institutions and organizations based on the needs and within the framework of existing models, as experimental selection the establishment of a system of performance evaluation of its staff have, so that regardless of the conditions and characteristics of manpower in many respects are similar. The authors of this paper to select and design an evaluation system effective and appropriate to the conditions of the software manufacturer, to investigate all methods to evaluate the performance and the strengths and weaknesses, and taking into account conditions, a team of software, self-assessment model based on five general parameter profile, duties, achievements, goals and career development to provide this.
