Langkah-langkah konversi data dalam format csv ke Microsoft Excel 2010 : 1. Buka Aplikasi Microsoft Excel 2010 2. Pindah ke menu [ Data ]
3. Pindah ke baris [ A3 ]
4. Klik Icon [ From Text ]
5. Pilih file dengan format csv yang akan di konversi ( contoh dalam gambar : file dp4 Nias )
6. Biarkan saja pilihan sesuai default lalu tekan tombol [ Next ]
7. Klik centang combo box [ Other ] dan masukan karekter [ # ] lalu tekan tombol [ Next ]
8. Pilih kolom 1 dan kolom 2 dengan mencentang pilihan [ Text ], lihat gambar
9. Pilih kolom 8 dan kolom 31 dengan mencentang pilihan [ Date -> DMY ], lihat gambar
10. Lalu Klik tombol [ Finish ] 11. Biarkan saja pilihan sesuai default lalu tekan tombol [ OK ]
