Patients and methods. 608 consecutive FGID patients including 235 IBS patients have filled a Rome III questionnaire and the French version of the Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory 2 (MMPI 2). For each item of this test, data are normalized according to the gender and the age, and normal values are 50±10.
