Following is the Calendar of Examinations conducted by Central Examination Organisation (CEO), O/o DGCA for the year 2016. PILOT LICENSE EXAMINATION: Session of Examination January April July Oct

AME LICENSE EXAMINATION: Session of Examination February June October
Tentative dates of Examination 4th Week of February 3rd Week of June 2nd Week of October
FLIGHT DISPATCHERS / FLIGHT ENGINEERS: Session of Examination Tentative dates of Examination March 4th Week of March September 4th Week of September Oral Examinations for AFIR / FIR: Shall be conducted in the month of January, April, July & October 2016. Note: 1. Actual dates of examination shall be published in DGCA web Site. 2. The last date for submission of application for AFIR / FIR is the last date of the previous month and to be sent through Speed Post / Registered Post. 3. The last date for submission of application for Flight Dispatchers & Flight Engineers is the last date of the previous month of the respective session and to be sent through Speed Post / Registered Post. 4. The last date for submission of application for AME & Pilot License Examination shall be intimated through DGCA web site for the respective session. 5. FATA examination shall be conducted twice in a month. 6. Incomplete application and application received incorrect DD / incorrect DD details mentioned therein shall summarily be rejected and no communication in this regard shall be entertained by CEO. 7. The DD should be drawn in favor of PAO, DGCA, MCA, New Delhi and payable at New Delhi. 8. No request for Change of Centre, Date & Paper for examination shall be entertained by CEO. 9. The envelope containing these applications must be super-scribed with the respective type of examination. Eg. “Application for allotment of Roll Number – AME / Pilot / Flight Engineer / Flight Dispatcher / FIR /AFIR” as applicable. Director General of Civil Aviation
