The online version of the article, “Nomenclature and graphic representations for chemically modified polymers (IUPAC Recommendations 2014)”, published Ahead of Print on De Gruyter Online, included several minor errors introduced during the proofing process. This manuscript (PAC­REC­14­06­10) was prepared in the framework of IUPAC project 1999­051­1­ 800 and is an IUPAC Recommendation. The publisher regrets these errors. On page 5, line 29: In section MP­2.4, the alpha and omega symbols were incorrectly set as italic. These should have been set as roman text, as follows: ′

On page 8, line 19: in Example 8, the structure­based name was missing one set of enclosing marks. It should have read: poly{(1-acetoxyethylene)/(1-hydroxyethylene)/[(2-phenyl-1,3-dioxane-4,6-diyl)methylene] }

On page 9, line 7: in Example 11, 1,4­polymerization was not correctly hyphenated
