This Erratum corrects the original online version which can be found here: 10.1515/pac20140610 Erratum to: Jones, Richard G., et al. (2015). “Nomenclature and graphic representations for chemically modified polymers (IUPAC Recommendations 2014)”. Pure and Applied Chemistry. Volume 87, Issue 3, pages 307–319. DOI: 10.1515/pac20140610. The online version of the article, “Nomenclature and graphic representations for chemically modified polymers (IUPAC Recommendations 2014)”, published Ahead of Print on De Gruyter Online, included several minor errors introduced during the proofing process. This manuscript (PACREC140610) was prepared in the framework of IUPAC project 19990511 800 and is an IUPAC Recommendation. The publisher regrets these errors. On page 5, line 29: In section MP2.4, the alpha and omega symbols were incorrectly set as italic. These should have been set as roman text, as follows: ′
′
α-(X-mod-X )-ω-(Y-mod-Y )poly(A)
On page 8, line 19: in Example 8, the structurebased name was missing one set of enclosing marks. It should have read: poly{(1-acetoxyethylene)/(1-hydroxyethylene)/[(2-phenyl-1,3-dioxane-4,6-diyl)methylene] }
On page 9, line 7: in Example 11, 1,4polymerization was not correctly hyphenated
