The application form and the documents indicated below need to be submitted to Malta Resources Authority within the time stipulated in the grant offer or in the guidelines. Please make sure that the model numbers correspond to the model numbers indicated in Part A of the application form as sent in the pre-approval stage and that your system has already been connected to the grid.

Said warrantor shall bear the full cost of diagnosis, repair and replacement of any system or system component (including breakdown of the system), at no cost to the customer and also covers the breakdown of the system. This guarantee also covers degradation in electrical output; electrical output shall not degrade by more than ten percent from the originally rated output (PTC rating for module); General Terms This guarantee extends to the original purchaser and to any subsequent purchasers or owners at the same location during the warranty period. This warranty is effective from_________________ (date of completion of the system installation). The retailer may provide additional guarantees or warranties over and above this guarantee. However, nothing contained in such guarantees or warranties or special agreements between the parties, may diminish the effects of this guarantee, or may stipulate that the seller shall not be liable to any warranty. Exclusions This warranty does not apply to: • Damage, malfunction, or degradation of electrical output caused by failure to properly operate or maintain the system in accordance with the printed instructions provided with the system. • Damage, malfunction, or degradation of electrical output caused by any repair or replacement using a part or service not provided or authorized in writing by the warrantor. • Damage malfunction, or degradation of electrical output resulting from purchaser or third party abuse, accident, alteration, improper use, negligence or vandalism, or from earthquake, fire, flood, or other acts of God. Application needs to be complete and signed The bank account must be in your name; not in the name of your partner, or must accept transfers (not fixed or credit card accounts). We had cases where the account was closed. The photographs need to be sharp and the serial number or model must be legible. The serial numbers in the guarantee need to tally with the serial numbers on the photographs. Please check before submission. If the complete pv system does not fit in one photo, please overlap the photos so that we can count the modules clearly. Do NOT use cash to pay for the system. Cheques, bank transfers and/or card payments are all acceptable. The fiscal receipt is to be dated, include the name of the customer, as well as details of the system provided (size of system, models and quantity of modules and inverters). A separate itemised invoice cross referenced against the fiscal receipt needs to be supplied. Please submit copies of the e-statements or cleared cheques or equivalent documentation demonstrating payment to retailer.
