Additionally, there is complete interaction between the address book and accounts payable to generate withholdings. All these functionalities are enabled by recognizing the user's country.
Argentinian electronic invoice functionality validates the information required to send the invoice to the government agency and receive the CAE. The solution covers the invoicing process from JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Sales Order Management and JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Financials.
Bank reconciliation functionality reconciles the balances in your bank accounts with your bank statements. The system can automatically reconcile the bank accounts or it can be done manually. Additionally, it allows control, consultation of bank information, and automatic generation of monthly bank charges.

Personal scheduler functionality enables planning for the implementation of reporting (via the Universal Batch Engine) to be performed by users without the intervention of system administrators. It is a user-oriented tool, easy to use and learn. Each time the user enters the Personal Scheduler application, the system presents a query screen where it can check the status of planned jobs and make new plans.
Traceability of veterinary products functionality enables you to automatically declare all phytosanitary products that are sold in order to meet with traceability control regulations from Servicio Nacional de Sanidad y Calidad Agroalimentaria (SENASA).
Payments with multiple instruments functionality allows a company to assign values that were received by third parties (by way of collection) or their own values to the suppliers’ bill payment. It makes it possible to see related balances both in the supplier current account and the customer account. Since the program accredits third party values in the accounts receivables module of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Financials, payments to suppliers will be updated.
