In the published article, a typographical mistake appeared in the left panels of Figure 7. The time periods for the upper and lower panels should be 1968–1972 and 1988–1992 (instead of 1978–1982 and 1998–2002), respectively, i.e., during even-numbered solar cycles as stated in the text. The mistake has been corrected in the figure below. HMF−CR for 1968−1972

Moreover, the following sentence in Section 4 is incorrect: “Results are shown in Figure 9 for A < 0 (1970–1977 and 1991–1998) and A > 0 (1981–1988).” It should read as “Results are shown in Figure 9 for A > 0 (1970–1977 and 1991–1998) and A < 0 (1981–1988) periods.”
