Quick Start Guide Installation

Download the app using a link from the confirmation email (Package - Download or Download here button) Install the app and run it. During installation on your phone or tablet you may be asked to allow installation of applications not from Google Play

Open the app Insert your server URL Click “Start” to connect Insert name of database Insert user login and password Click “Login”

Use “Contact Us” to drop us a mail


Warehouse operations

It's a copy of Odoo Dashboard (Inventory application). Dashboard shows all warehouses and its operations types (zones like Input, Picking, Packing, etc). Note that by default you have 1 warehouse and 3 zones: Receipts (to receive items in stock), Delivery Orders (to dispatch items from stock) and Internal Transfers (for internal movements).


Receiving process ● ● ● ● ● ● ● ●

Open “Warehouse Operations” menu Choose warehouse (for example YourCompany) and open “Receipts” transfers Find and open a transfer you need to process (search by scan a related purchase order) Open the transfer and click “Start Transfer” Click “Scan product” or push a hardware button (for professional scanners) Scan an item from the transfer Change QTY of product and click “Confirm” to finish transfer Scan the next product until all products are received


Delivery process ● ● ● ● ● ● ● ●

Open “Warehouse Operations” menu Choose warehouse (for example YourCompany) and open “Delivery Orders” transfers Find and open a transfer you need to process (search by scan a related sales order) Open the transfer and click “Start Transfer” Click “Scan product” or push a hardware button (for professional scanners) Scan an item from the transfer Change QTY of product and click “Confirm” to finish transfer Scan the next product until all products are picked

Application can suggest you next item to pick or allow to scan any item during delivery. You can setup this and many other options using settings menu


Settings of zones Each zone (receiving, delivery etc) has its own settings.

Confirm Source/Destination/Product - allow to make a force validation using additional scanning of each fields. Not activated by default Suggest next product - suggests where to pick the next product from the picking list. The picking process has become straightforward and simple for the picker of any level of experience. Not activated by default.


Inventory Adjustments Inventory Adjustments menu is for regularly inventory process. You can make an inventory by product, locations, category etc. Note, Ventor support creating new inventory by location or by product. For all other cases you need to create an inventory on Odoo ERP side first.


Inventory Process

Click “Inventory Adjustments” Choose inventory and open needed one Also you can create new inventory using “+” button (by product or location) Update QTY (item by item) Also you can set QTY to zero Confirm inventory after all items are updated


Instant Movements The feature allows to move an item from one location to another, just in 2 clicks. Scan the item, scan the location where are you going to move the item and confirm quantities. Usually a good way to make putaway of products from input area to particular place in your stock.

Click “Instant Inventory” menu Scan the item you are going to move The app shows list with all locations where the product is. Choose source location Change QTY you are going to move and click “Move”


Instant Inventory The feature allows to make quick inventory with one item in one location.


Info Info menu can show all info about products or locations.

Scan a product / location barcode to get comprehensive details about this product or location. You also can update QTY of the product using “Update Quantity” button.
