Overview of REACH Wellbeing Group Program During the first hour, group members have an opportunity to practice mindfulness and expressive writing exercises, and share something in a facilitated group discussion. Everyone will then have an opportunity to take a break, get some refreshments and a breath of air for a few minutes. During the second hour, the Facilitator will lead the group through discussion and activities about a particular topic. By the end of the nine weeks, participants will have created their own unique ‘Wellbeing Plan’.
