In each follow up interview, the IAP is adjusted and renewed depending on the reactivation progress Signed by both parties: the promoters (CMRC/CL and BA – ZAV) and the jobseekers Direct link between the profiling and a holistic assessment of individual strengths and weaknesses and the development of the IAP; Use of empowerment-based approaches which put the jobseekers in charge drawing on methods of critical reflection Effects of the individual IAP are monitored.
