Account Overview and Quick Action View Managing your accounts has never been easier. The Account Overview page allows you to view all account balances in one convenient location and notifies you when a secure message has been received. You can also initiate “Quick Action” transactions, such as transfers.

first time login/security Online Security

Amplify is committed to maintaining your privacy and security. When you sign into Online Banking, your unique Login ID and password are encrypted using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. This necessary precaution is intended to deter anyone other than you and Amplify from accessing your personal information. Amplify will contact you by email from time to time. We will never ask you to send us your personal or account related information via e-mail.

Access the Quick Action View by mousing over the Amplify sign ( ) in the Account Overview page. This gives you quick access to view account history details and pending items, and to initiate transfers to or from the selected account.

transaction history Account History

This page displays available and current balances as well as pending and posted transactions. You can also download lists of account transactions to your computer. Just click the “Display” icon, select “Export to File”, choose the type of file you’d like to create, then click “Submit”.

Search Functions Choose from nine search options to sort transactions and click “submit.”

transactions Funds Transfer

To transfer money between your Amplify accounts, go to the Transactions menu and select “Funds Transfer”. Enter “Transfer Information”, then select the collapse/expand icon to expand the “Enter Payment Frequency” box which allows you to choose how often the transfer occurs.

External Transfers You may submit a request to associate an account at another financial institution with your Amplify Online Banking login. After entering the data requested, click “Continue” to register your request with the online banking system.

Member-to-Member Transfers This feature allows you to easily transfer funds from your account to another Amplify member’s account. To transfer funds to another Amplify member, go to the Transactions menu and select Member-to-Member transfers. You’ll need to provide the last name, account number and account type (S5, S9) of the member who is receiving the funds. If you plan to transfer funds to this member often, you can include them in your accounts list so you don’t have to load all their information again when doing future transfers.

There are two steps to this process: 1. Enter the information for the non-Amplify account you want to link to. Once you click “Submit” two microdeposits will be generated and sent to the external account you’ve entered. These microdeposits are random deposits of less than $1 each and are typically sent within 5 days. Once the non-Amplify account has received these deposits, please make note of the amounts of each as you will need them to verify the account in step two. 2. When prompted, enter the two microdeposit amounts to verify the external account. Once this is complete, you’ll be able to transfer funds between the two accounts.

BillPayer With Amplify Online BillPayer, you can n Pay almost anyone n  Schedule one-time and recurring bill payments up to a year in advance n Receive bill reminders To enroll in Online BillPayer, go to the Transactions menu and select “BillPayer”.
