About The Role We can’t stress enough – the focus on this role -actual title in company is Regional Implementation Manager, lies with the value that you will add to the organization by setting up and leading operational excellence, ensuring travel service delivery operations for corporate clients as well as providing leadership to the project teams across Asia where CTM is operating in. Maintaining good relationship with all wholly owned and partners’ officers is therefore only one part of the equation. Technically, the role also requires the candidate to be able to devise a mid to long term strategy in project managing deployment of CTM technology and products across the Asia Region. Key responsibilities: •Project Management - new and existing Global and Regional clients •Online and Offline Implementation of new and existing clients in collaboration with Online Service Group •Ensure the client goals are communicated, executed and will be accountable for achieving. •Confirm key project team members and stakeholders for the implementation and chair implementation meetings. Provide minutes and updates to key stakeholders and all concerned •Managing co-ordination of the partners and working groups engaged in project work •Detailed Project Planning and Control •Risk Management - mitigation and risk avoidance •Managing project deliverables in line with the project plan •Recording and managing project issues and escalating where necessary •Resolving cross-functional issues at project level •Managing project scope and change control and escalating issues where necessary •Monitoring project progress and performance •Providing status reports to the project sponsor •Managing project training within the defined budget •Managing project evaluation and dissemination activities •MI Data Quality Review and Reporting •Lead error resolution for concerns identified during testing. •Oversee and ensure all implementation tasks are completed on time, managing associated dependencies •Operation Communication for Policy Compliance and Traveler Security •Participate in Regional and Global bids as required •Hold debriefs upon completion of the project •Process standardization •Focus on the Customer, Demonstrate Commitment, Think Globally, Influence and Engage Others •Good at research and documenting results

Skills and Experience:        

Prior experience in travel industry preferably in a TMC environment especially in the Asia Pacific region is a must. At least 2 years’ experience in similar capacity handling regional operations. Strong business analytic skill Strong in problem solving skill Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint Good time management skills Strong presentation skills Strong Communication Skills
