REMOVING  IAUDITOR  DATABASE    

OVERVIEW     This  document  will  outline  the  steps  you  need  to  follow  to  remove  the  database  within   iAuditor.  The  latest  update  has  caused  this  database  to  become  corrupted  and  is  causing  the   app  to  crash  each  time  it  is  launched.     Please  note  that  you  will  not  lose  any  data  by  following  this  procedure.  But  it  is  still   recommended  to  backup  your  device  to  iTunes  if  you  are  able  to.

Download  iFunBox.  iFunBox  is  an  application  that  will  allow  us  to  browse  the  file   system  of  your  device  to  remove  the  old  database.     Here  are  direct  links  to  iFunBox:     Windows:  http://dl.i-­‐funbox.com/ifunbox_setup.1.99.exe     Mac:  http://dl.i-­‐funbox.com/mac/ifunboxmac.dmg       2. Once  you  have  downloaded  iFunBox  for  your  operating  system,  you  will  need  to   install  it.  Double  click  on  the  downloaded  file  and  follow  the  steps.     3. Once  iFunBox  is  installed  please  launch  it.  You  will  be  presented  with  the  main   window.

Connect  your  device  to  your  computer.  Launch  iFunBox  if  you  haven’t  already.     2. In  the  sidebar  of  iFunBox  click  on  “User  Applications”  in  the  sidebar.  

  3. Double  click  on  the  “iAuditor”  folder.  

 

4. Double  click  on  the  “Library”  folder.  

  5. Right  click  on  “Application  Support”  and  choose  “Delete”.  

   

 

6. In  the  alert  that  appears  click  “OK”.  

  7. Unplug  your  device.     8. Turn  off  your  device  completely  by  holding  the  power  button  down  and  swiping  to   turn  off.     9. Turn  on  your  device.     10. Launch  iAuditor.
