Initial $ 40.00 submittal fee 3. 3 sets of complete building plan package (site plans, architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical) 4. 2 pre-engineered truss drawings with hangar hardware called out if used 5. 1 soils report (Pad certification) which must be wet-stamped by Nevada Engineer (Only required for structures over 600 sq. ft). 6. 1 grading and drainage certification
