A world of information @ your library Anyone can use these materials free while visiting the library, but to check out books, DVDs, and more, you must use your Nashua Public Library card. Your card also lets you use online library databases and tutoring from home. A library card is free if you live, work, own property, attend school, or are retired from employment in Nashua. Spouses and children of Nashua employees (or retired employees) and property owners are also eligible for free cards. Bring proof of your eligibility to the front desk to get your free library card,

Books We have fiction and nonfiction books in Spanish in an alcove on the main floor, between the Teen Room and the large-print books. There you can find books for both adults and teens. Children’s books are in an alcove in the Children’s Room.

Éxito en el Norte A series of DVDs about everyday issues that help Latino immigrants live successfully in the US. Topics include taxes, health care, public assistance, education, finances, the legal system, and immigration. Anyone with a library card may check out these DVDs to view at home or in the workplace. You can find them in the Music/Art/Media Wing.

Storytime The Children’s Room holds storytimes in English almost every day.

Movies We have thousands of DVDs that you can borrow free, with your library card. Many of them have Spanish subtitles. You can find them downstairs in the Music/Art/ Media Wing.
