How to Build a Successful Vibrant Community; A case study of Roeselare, Belgium, Introduced by R&T. In this session, Kim will highlight lessons learned from a study of Roeselare in Belgium where the town team have implemented many of the recommendations from the Grimsey Review and transformed the ‘place’ of Roeselare. Kim will highlight the factors which appear to be having the most impact on the successful transformation, including digital applications, legislation, expertise and control.
