Abstract Salinity is one of the major constraints to wheat production particularly in rain-fed areas, especially Central Anatolian Plateau (CAP), of Turkey. However, salt tolerance levels in wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) cultivars currently growing in CAP have not been well documented yet.
