Marion County Services proudly partners each year with the National Down Syndrome Society to bring The Smile-A-Mile Buddy Walk® to Hannibal, MO. The walk’s goal is to help celebrate Down Syndrome Awareness and to promote acceptance and inclusion of people with Down syndrome and other developmental disabilities. The proceeds from this annual fundraiser goes to help further MCSDD’s efforts to fill the gaps in service in order to best meet the needs of people with developmental disabilities in Marion County.
