SARBE CommLink

Robust, reliable, full duplex, secure communications in all conditions SARBE CommLink is a next-generation wireless intercom system for mission-critical helicopters/aircraft, their crew and support teams. Using state-of-the-art digital technology, this robust, versatile system has been developed to improve situational awareness, security, safety and operational effectiveness.

Superior clarity in extreme environments

Direct communication with casualties

Optimum audio clarity is provided by the full duplex, No Loss VOX feature, combined with fast, selfadapting Noise Cancelling mics. Critically, No Loss VOX prevents the loss of initial speech that often occurs when using conventional radios.

The integrated handset mic also allows direct close communication with external human cargo, without the need for the team member to remove his or her helmet. Rescues can therefore be achieved faster and with reduced risk to crew.

Multiple pre-programmed communication groups

Remote radio keying for wider support

Operational effectiveness is greatly enhanced by the ability to freely configure up to four intercom groups. These pre-programmed links allow totally versatile communication between pilot, group leader and different group members.

Easy access to external support is available via remote radio keying. At the touch of a button the CommLink handset can relay wirelessly to the aircraft VHF radio for direct communication between rescuers and other response groups and medical support.

Secure digital technology based on proprietary protocol, with softwarebased encryption available
