Sometimes the doctor does not take your symptoms/illness seriously. It would be good if he can refer to specialist much quicker so that patients do not have to suffer for long periods of time.

Anytime I call for an appointment the Dr is fully booked. Please ensure you leave ample space for non-regular patients, being offered an emergency appointment isn't good enough.

Regarding vaccination while travelling abroad it is noticed and felt that a patient has to pay for their vaccination at the Surgery, while at the other surgeries it is free of charge. Why does it differ from surgery to surgery?

The doctor never helps you to overcome the problem. He does not prefer to give any prescription medicine. If you are expected to develop your immune system or just have the over the counter medicine, why would you go to a doctor, you would rather visit a pharmacy. I prefer to go to the Urgent care in the hospital if I am ill, rather than going to this GP

Generally I am v happy with the surgery. Usually you can get an appointment when you need it. I did have one exception when I was pregnant and the receptionist wouldn't give me an appointment and I ended up colasping and being taken to hospital
