Responsibilities: Reporting to the Manager, the Secretary provides administrative support to the Strategic Recruitment & Workforce Planning team. Responsibilities include handling general recruitment inquiries; processing and/or distribution of employment applications; coordination and registration of various career fairs and related travel; preparation and revision of various letters, procedures, and/or other documents; processing of various financial forms for payment or reimbursement; scheduling meetings; tracking of related expenses; and other duties as required.

Qualifications: • Completion of Grade 12 or a recognized equivalent required • Completion of an office administration or secretarial program from a recognized post secondary institution required • Certificate or diploma in Human Resource Management is an asset • Minimum two (2) years related experience required, preferably in human resources • Experience working in a health care setting or unionized environment preferred • Experience coordinating travel and/or events preferred • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications required (using Word, Excel & Access)
