Skilled at big picture thinking: quickly understanding the client’s audience, including the channels they’re on, what they like to read/interact with and how they want to be reached and spoken to - and if this information isn’t available, you ask the right questions. Dedicated to and unhesitant about writing copy, researching topics, and compiling insights: you easily transition from high level discussions to generating deliverables. Experienced in producing presentation and outcome decks: both design and language. Constantly seeking and researching digital trends and new updates, especially in the social space. Proactive about troubleshooting or mitigating issues. The embodiment of patience, diplomacy, and clarity when explaining perspective.

Understands how to identify or mirror a client’s brand voice--whether or not they currently maintain one that represents their brand.
