Motivation
A. There is no standard mechanism which exists to verify and insure that delivered services satisfy the signed SLA agreement in an automatic way [1]. B. Guarantee the services performance quality is not an easy task.
Objectives
A. As a third party, design a framework methodology for SLA assurance, which can be used by both cloud providers and cloud users. B. Define the performance metrics for the different applications.
SLA Assurance Methodology
A. Testbed Experiments (Real Testing Scenarios). B. Simulation Experiments (GreenCloud Simulator) [2].
Expected Output A. A framework methodology which can be used to assure QoS inside SLA and avoid SLA violations. B. The time correlations between the applications metrics will be studied by applying data mining or data analytic algorithms.
Our Framework to Assure SLA [3]
Conclusions A. Conceptual framework and methodology for providing SLA assurance and preventing SLA violations . B. Assessing the cloud applications performance after identifying their performance metrics. C. Providing a mitigation technique to alleviate failures which may occur inside the cloud data centers.
