Shounakji has successfully blended technical virtuosity and emotional appeal in his gayaki, In the footsteps of Pt. Jitendra Abhisheki, Shaunakji is adept equally in Hindustani Classical

singing and semi-classical music such as Marathi Natyasangeet, Abhang and Bhajan making him a true versatile genius. Shounakji has performed in all the major music festivals in India and also in series of concerts across the globe. He has been recorded by reputed Recording Companies like Sony Music, Music Today, Times Music and is also regularly featured on many Television Channels.

Tabla. Harshad Kanetkar A talented Tabla player from India, Harshad began his initial training in Tabla at the age of five with Shri Pandurang Mukhade. For the past twelve years he has had intensive training under Shri Ramdas Palsule and Pandit Suresh Talwalkar. Crispness and clarity of his technique and a total command of rhythm are the classic hallmarks of his style. He has accompanied many leading artists like Pt. Jasraj, Pt. Ulhas Kashalkar, Ustad Shahid Parvez, Ustad Rashid Khan, Veena Sahastrabuddhe, Shama Bhate (Kathak), Ashwhini Bhide-Deshpande, Aarti Tikekar and Sanjeev Abhyankar at prestigious music conferences all over India and abroad.

worked as a maintenance engineer

for twenty-one years, but took up voluntary retirement from the post of senior engineer in 2001 in order to dedicate his life for music. His musical qualifications include Sangeet Visharad from Akhil Bharatiya Gandharva Mahavidyalaya. He started learning harmonium from his father Govind Kulkarni, and later, learnt classical vocal music from Dr. Bharati Vaishampayan from Kolhapur and Dr. Ravindra Ghangurde from Pune.
