SOCIAL MEDIA LEADERS Entry Specifications and Guidelines 1. ENTRY: No purchase necessary to enter or win. Contestants will enter by submitting the following by 7/15/16 via email to: [email protected]. A. Explain your bank's social media campaign in a short write-up that defines: • What were your goals for the campaign? • What were the tactics you used to achieve those goals (demographics targeted, which social channels did you use, copy/visuals used, timing of posts, paid promotions etc..,) • What were your results? (what type of impressions, clicks, followers, leads did you receive) • Why does your bank view this campaign as a success? (how did you measure against your goals?) • What did your bank learn from this campaign? Did it prompt you to do anything differently? B. Provide sample screenshots/visuals of the campaign (e.g. a Facebook post with the title and image). C. Images must be submitted in either JPEG or TIFF file formats. 300 DPI is preferred. D. Bank contact information (Bank name, address, contact name, phone number, and email). E. Bank logo (4-color. EPS or vector file formats.) 2. ELIGIBILITY: This contest is open only to U.S. Community Banks. One submission per community bank (so choose your best social media campaign!) If two submissions from the same bank are submitted, only the first submission will be entered for participation. 3. WINNER SELECTION: An unbiased panel of four people will select three winning campaigns, acknowledging those banks as IB’s Social Media Leaders. Submissions will be judged on their creativity, engagement, program success/effectiveness and lasting impact. All decisions of the judges are final. 4. PRIZES: The three winning community banks will receive acknowledgement of being an IB Social Media Leader in a national press release, coverage in the September issue of ICBA Independent Banker magazine and IBmag.org, and will receive a plaque to display at their bank. 5. WINNER NOTIFICATION: Winners will be notified in the beginning of August, after judge deliberation. Failure to provide valid contact information by winner may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. 6. GENERAL CONDITIONS: a. Participants hereby grant ICBA Independent Banker magazine a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license to broadcast, publish, distribute, and exhibit the Submission (along with your community bank’s names, voices, performance and/or likenesses) in all ICBA media and national press releases. Participants represent and warrant that they have full legal right, power and authority to grant ICBA Independent Banker magazine the foregoing license and if applicable, have secured all necessary rights from any participants in, and contributors to, their Submission in order to grant such a license.

b. ICBA Independent Banker magazine is under no obligation to use any Submission or return the Submissions to participants. 7. USE OF CONTEST INFORMATION: All entries become the property of ICBA Independent Banker magazine. IB reserves the right to use any and all information related to the contest, including submissions provided by the contestants, for editorial, marketing and any other purpose, unless prohibited by law. 8. CONDUCT: All contest participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. ICBA Independent Banker magazine in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person it finds to be tampering with the entry process, the operation of its web site or is otherwise in violation of these rules. 9. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: ICBA Independent Banker magazine is not responsible for late, lost or misdirected email or for any computer, online, telephone or technical malfunctions that may occur. Entrants further agree to release ICBA Independent Banker magazine from any liability resulting from, or related to participation in the contest.
