November 2017 update: In Sudan, UNHCR and Commission of Refugees (COR) adjusted the South Sudanese refugee figure to include 352,400 individuals that were in Sudan prior to Dec 2013, REP. OFwhen conflict broke out in South Sudan. As returning to South CHAD Sudan is not considered a viable option for this population, the Government of Sudan considers them to be refugees.
