Intr-o tigaie mare la foc medie, rumeniti carnea de vita cu ceapa pana cand dispare culoarea roz si scurgeti compozitia. 2. Se amesteca in sos de rosii apa, sare, patrunjel, busuioc si piper. Se incalzeste pana cand sosul fierbe. Rupeti spaghetele in jumatate si introduceti-le in sos. Puneti capacul si lasati-l la foc mic. 3. Gatiti-le aproximativ 20-25 de minute pana cand sunt fragede. Se amesteca din cand in cand pentru a nu se lipi. Se adauga apa in cazul in care apa scade si spaghetele nu sunt fierte.

Heat until sauce boils. Break spaghetti in half and drop into sauce a little at a time. Cover and turn to low. 3. Cook until spaghetti is tender, approximately 20 to 25 minutes.
