How To Use All Of This Information “Knowledge is Power” – Francis Bacon First of all thank you for taking the time to purchase our “SpondySolution Home Exercise Program”. We understand how exciting it can be to finally have some direction and a guide to help you move and feel better. Before jumping right into the exercises, we HIGHLY RECOMMEND that you first read this entire “Quick Start Guide” to help you further understand your BEST path to moving and feeling better. Our “Quick Start Guide” may also answer many of the questions you may have. After reading through all of your new “spondy” information you will know more about “spondy’s” than ever before. However, you still will have a ton to learn about YOUR “spondy”. “Spondy’s” are unique to each individual. Factors such as type, grade, your injury history, your personal movement mechanics, your age, your sex, your daily habits, your strengths and your weaknesses are just a few of many factors. All of these factors can affect or alter your rehab and long-term goal of moving and feeling better. And in a perfect world your recovery would involve someone evaluating these individual factors and weighing them into your personalized rehab process. In an ideal world the perfect personalized rehab process for many might go as follows… 1. Meet and receive information and a diagnosis from your favorite and most trusted doctor. 2. Meet with and receive treatment from the decided method of rehabilitation or a combination of rehabilitation with the goal of improving how you move and feel. This could be chiropractic, physical therapy, massage, etc. or a combination. The doctor would provide you with the information necessary to help you make an informed decision. 3. A healthy return to daily activities while both moving and feeling better. You would also have an understanding of your personal movement and strength, flexibility, stability and mobility weaknesses. This knowledge will hopefully give you what you need to continue to work on and improve your weaknesses while you simultaneously increase your chances of feeling better in the long run and get on with your daily life. There are so many steps that could go wrong along the way that make this ideal rehab a rarity for those with spondylolisthesis or spondylolysis. Some common problems that may occur during these steps and prevent you from moving and feeling better are:   

You may not trust your doctor or your doctor may not provide you with the information you need. You may receive an improper diagnosis. You may not have the luxury of meeting with a rehab specialist who provides you with the best form of treatment options. Since there are NO set in stone treatment methods for “spondy’s” guesswork is sometimes used. Lack of full body evaluation from a rehab specialist to help determine possible issues. This file storage website acts as a library and stores your files for you to open, view and save them at anytime or place you wish. Therefore if something happened to your computer, iPad or other viewing device you can simply visit this file storage website to access your files again. Anytime you want to open, view or save your files simply visit this web address and follow the 4 simple steps below. After you enter your information and hit “login” you will be taken to your private Content Shelf library. Within this library includes your “SpondySolution Home Exercise Program” and 3 Bonus Ebooks.

3. To access the files simply click on “Content” located on the left hand side, then click “Content I’ve Purchased” as shown below. Then hit the “Get Content” button located in the grey shaded box next to the program photo (steps shown below with the red arrows).

After clicking on the “Get Content” button a new box will open up with all of your files (see photo below). You will now have access to your files.

4. You now have access to download your files to your device (see exact instructions below for your specific device).

Downloading -This can be accomplished by clicking on the file download icon. Depending on your browser settings, you may start the download immediately to your "Downloads" folder, or your system may ask you where to save it. If the save option is presented, select the folder you would like to save the download to. Don't forget to keep a mental note of which folder your download was saved to. If you download a PDF and find that it's protected by a password, the password will be the email address you used when you made your purchase. The files are saved in a PDF download that require Adobe Reader to view. Is SpondySolution appropriate for me? SpondySolution is designed and made for individuals who have been diagnosed with and suffer from a Grade 1 or 2 spondylolisthesis or spondylolysis. Whether you are a young growing teenage athlete or a middle-aged weekend warrior, SpondySolution can show you the right way to get relief from this frustrating condition. SpondySolution is not for those who think a snap of the fingers is going to cure their pain. It takes consistent effort to help correct the improper movement that has led to your issue. Your improvement will come from your consistent performance of exercises designed to improve your movement and strengthen the areas which are weak. All of the exercises and movements can be performed at home with a few simple pieces of equipment. No weights, gyms, or health clubs are needed. SpondySolution does not diagnose your issue. If you have suspicion of having a spondylolysis / spondylolisthesis, we highly recommend you see your physician to get a diagnosis. Is SpondySolution Physical Therapy? NO! The SpondySolution Home Exercise Program is not a substitute for physical therapy. How is SpondySolution different from the rehabilitation programs I have tried before? SpondySolution is not more of the same exercises you have attempted before that ultimately failed. What happens when I complete SpondySolution? Upon the completion of the SpondySolution program you hopefully will be moving and feeling better. Along the way you may have also developed a sense of certain exercise, stretches, or movements that “felt” good or provided a noticeable relief. These exercises, stretches, or movements that you felt were a benefit should continue to be a part of your daily or weekly routine after you complete SpondySolution. Continuing to work on weaknesses after the program is complete is a big key to moving and feeling better for the longterm.
